I am especially proud of the novel I wrote with my nephew, Christopher Monfette, titled When Darkness Becomes Aware of the Light, a “fantasy” investigation of the intersection among gods, energy depletion, and the quest for meaning in life. Many years ago I had the opportunity to be something of a father to two children. I wrote each of them a number of little works. Here are two: Freezing Moon and I Dare You. I also wrote a short piece for my nephew (the one named in the previous paragraph) when he was nine and computer games had no graphics (a lá Zork): The Evil One. Each of these will open in a new window.
I have other pieces that I will be uploading as I clean them up for public presentation (they all carry many dings and nicks from being carted around for years in various, and often now-defunct, word-processing formats).
